I remember when I would go out to my grandpa's garden in the late fall when he started to harvest all of the crops. After working with him all day (it was a weekend, so I wasn't held back from going to school to do this). When I arrived back home, my grandma and mom told me to rub this gritty paste on my arms and legs. It felt so warm and relaxing that I almost fell asleep after the 1st treatment. It is honestly a blissful product and should be available outside of the local Asian Market. I have used this spice when I was a child too.
