Balinese Calendar System
Ceremonies and annual temple anniversary in Bali occur according on Balinese calendar system, the saka year or twelve lunar months and a pawukon year of 210 days. The twelve lunar month calendar system or Sasih, each month begin on the day after a new moon (tilem), the full month is in the middle of each month.

Bali calendar
People determine the proper dates for a busy schedule of temple anniversaries, or even the time to make a house, to begin the work in farm, to make fishing net, get married, etc. This calendar system is not parallel to the western Gregorian calendar, so almost all the date for temple anniversary or any other ceremony will change from month to month and year to year in this calendar.
Balinese official calendar published in Bali since 1950 combines Balinese calendrical system with those of the Chinese, Moslem and Christian communities. Nyepi day (the day of silence is based on Lunar Calendar, occur every year but still based on the cycles of the moon, so the dates of Nyepi day will not the same year to year, if you look at to Gregorian calendar system.

Wayne,
The cremation ceremonial is an independent ceremonial, you cannot find it in Balinese Calendar. But usually cremation takes auspicious date from Balinese Calendar. If you are lucky (if there someone die ; ) — ) there might be (during 01 - 05 of April) cremation ceremonial happening.
Don’t worry, if I find information I will inform you.

It is mentioned in Eiseman’s book. Published in Jakarta and it is written in Bahasa Indonesia. It has Balinese 5 and 7 day weeks as well so that you can work back to your birthday and find out what day you were born on the Balinese calendar.
