Bale kulkul
Bale kul-kul is a part of every village component in Bali, it is located at the same place with the Bale Banjar where the council of the village meet.
Most commontly a four-poster pavilion on a tall, masoned stereobate, has one or more wooden drums hanging within it. The rhythm of the drumming varies according to the reason for the summons. Pavilion often straddles a wall corner.
The Kul-Kul is also for the warning or alarm for the villager in a war or nature disaster.

I am looking for a musical wind “chime” called a pendikan kulkul. I used to have one but it was very old and finally succombed to the weather. I would love to have another.
